Battling Rope exercises enable you to conveniently do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Incorporating mostly arm and leg movements in “shaking” the ropes from hand grip position to the edge where the ropes are anchored. This exercise comes in varied ways from simple up and down shakes to alternate multi angle drills. Very very taxing to do yet so much fun. We advice people who plan to do this type of exercise to seek medical clearance first with regards to their cardio vascular fitness.
We allow you to choose the length you wish to purchase, protected with high end industrial duct tape throughout the section of the rope to prevent rope fiber separation and splitting. The longer the rope, the harder the exercise due to the effort in producing enough wave length force to shake the ropes constantly from end to end.
