Description
The most common exercise for the back muscles, particularly for the Latissimus Dorsi, posterior deltoids and other upper back muscles.
Lat pull down training prepares the athlete to be able to do body weight pull-ups and even progress to adding weights while doing this basic back exercise.
We developed 3 types of machine:
Class A comes with all steel 250 Lbs. weight stacks and has a thick and wide steel frame. Utilizing pure aluminum pulleys, 2 ton strength cable, stainless steel bolts and nuts. Solid steel shaft weight stack rails and top of the line upholstery material.
Class B has a slightly smaller frame, with all steel 200 Lbs. weight stacks, pure nylon pulleys, stainless steel tube rails and GI bolts and nuts.
Class C has the smallest steel frame but still capable of being in a commercial gym, with 150 Lbs. steel weight stacks, pure nylon pulleys, simpler upholstery and GI bolts and nuts.
All class are powder coated.
Appropriate handle bars are included.
