Description
One of the best selling item for chest muscles (aside from benches and cable crossover machines). Performing chest fly on this machine gives you the advantage of “continuous tension” training (weight stack constantly pulls on the handle bars because of the mechanisms provided thru the CAMs, Pulleys and cable). Doing dumbbell flyes are Ok too since you can load on very heavy weights, but once the arm bone extends straight up, the load significantly reduces on the muscles involved… therefore loosing the continuous tension needed to tax the muscles (chest and shoulders).
We developed TWO kinds of this machine for your to choose from based on your budget.
Class A: Double handle bars. Thicker steel frame and wider dimensions, highest grade upholstery with 250 Lbs. Weight Stacks. Solid steel shaft for the weight stack rails. Stainless steel bolts and nuts.
Class B: Still for gym use but with a slightly smaller frame, single handle bars, next level upholstery with 200 Lbs. weight stacks. Stainless steel tube for the weight stack rails. GI Bolts and Nuts.
As an added bonus, you can use this machine to train your posterior “rear” delts and “Traps”. It is way more comfortable then doing bent over dumbbell raises wherein most people are just swinging recklessly and are at high risk of getting injured.
