ENSAYO PURPLE Loop Bands are considered as ULTRA HEAVY weight-load for many people who are even elite weight trainers.
41 inches are mostly for upper body exercises like lat pull downs, back rows, chest press, shoulder over head press, deadlifts and mostly cardio/athletic drills like stationary running, running pulls and jumps. Powerlifters also use this band for their “Speed” or “Explosiveness” training, looping the band on their Olympic Bars and anchoring on the other end.

Shorter bands are mostly used for training the Hips, Glutes, Inner and Outer Thigh muscles.

74″ Purple Band are mostly used for track & court running/movement drills, and is the best length and load for ASSISTED CHIN-UPS

Bands can be stretched and still remain elastic and tight after several years of using them, specially ENSAYO bands… that is because we use high grade natural rubber material. Bands have limitations as well, pulling for more than 150% of its original length will result in making the resistance lighter (instead of heavier) because the elasticity has reached its end point.

Indicated in the product photo are the different weight-load it produces when pulled to a certain length. DO NOT CLEAN WITH BLEACH and DO NOT SUN DRY. Clean with dish washing soap and use a towel to dry. Do not anchor on sharp objects as they get easily cut. When using your feet to anchor, make sure it is in the middle portion of your feet for double safety, when anchoring on other objects be very careful that they don’t break or get loose– bands that snap back to the users will result in very serious eye or skull injury.
